Questions
Can I try ListerBeast before paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes your Shop Health score, your top 3 daily actions, a handful of AI optimizations each month and the weekly report. Most free tools need no account at all.
I was a founding Pro member at $9/month. What happens to me?
Founding members keep their original price and get the Growth plan's features. Nothing to do on your side.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Settings. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then move to Free. Your data stays available.
What counts as an "AI generation"?
One listing optimization, product idea, photo review, seasonal plan or opportunity search. Rule-based features — Shop Health, audits, analytics, profit, inventory — do not use AI generations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, which also handles VAT and invoices.
What is the refund policy?
If ListerBeast is not useful to you, email info@listerbeast.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. See the refund policy page for details.
