Data we collect

Account data: email address and authentication details (via Supabase Auth).

Shop data you authorize: when you connect Etsy, we read your shop profile, listings, paid orders and order items, and shop reviews through the Etsy API, using read-only permissions.

We do not store buyer names or addresses. Buyer IDs are stored only as one-way hashes so repeat purchases can be counted.

Usage data: product events (for example "connected a shop", "completed an action") and AI usage records used for limits, cost control and improving the product. Optional Google Analytics on public pages.

Payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy; we receive subscription status, not card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the service (analysis, recommendations, reports), enforce plan limits, secure the service, provide support and send emails you can turn off.

AI processing

To generate suggestions, relevant parts of your shop data are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) through its API. See How we use AI for details.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run ListerBeast (hosting, database, AI, email, payments). We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting a shop deletes its access tokens immediately. You can delete all imported shop data and Copilot conversations from Settings at any time. To delete your account, email info@listerbeast.com.

Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Database access is restricted by row-level security and server-side authorization checks.
